How to install Azizi search engine Lite?

Before proceeding with this tutorial, please ensure that your server meets the minimum requirements required for Azizi Search Engine Lite, you have a valid Azizi Search Engine license, FTP access to your website (for uploading files) and access to a MySQL database.

Upload Azizi search engine

• Create a directory on your server where Azizi Search Engine will be placed (e.g. "/searchengine") or, if you wish, you can simply use your existing HTTP root directory (e.g. "/httpdocs", "/public_html")
• Download the Azizi search engine ZIP file and extract it's contents to your computer. download copy of Azizi search engine PHP script
• Upload all the extracted files to your server.
• Point your browser to the directory where your Azizi Search Engine files were uploaded (e.g. "http://www.example.com/searchengine", "http://www.example.com").

777 permissions

If you are using a Unix server (or Unix variant, like Linux, OS X, FreeBSD, etc.), 777 permissions must be applied to the following directories:

/application/storage/
/application/bootstrap/cache
/application/config
/application/resources/lang

Install Wizard

step 1: Check if any option of your server is OK, If not please add the option to yuour server then return back for completing installer.

step 2: Enter your License informayion that can be found on your donwloads page on azizisearch.com site.

step 3: Enter your MySQL database information.

step 4: Enter your Azizi Search Engine info and your admin login information.

step 5: Finalize the installer.

Done

Congratulations! Azizi Search Engine has been installed successfully. You are now ready to login to your Azizi Search Engine administration system (where your script installed plus /admin) and build your Search engine.
